Stone: Step Risers
Step risers will range anywhere from 6" to 8" in thickness and can have great variation in width and depth. Sometimes risers are stacked on top of one another to form a stairway or can be used individually to form a single landing.
Step risers can be natural looking with little geometric shape or they can be rectangular with defined angles and dimensions. Due to the popularity in stone step risers over the last few years, the concrete manufacturing companies have also created concrete step risers that mimic stone products. The benefit is lower cost and sometimes greater variety of color. We'll let you be the judge.
